We are a relatively small country church with a genuine desire to Glorify God. We strive to share our Christian Faith, Hope, and Love with all through our personal contacts, our music ministry and our church activities. Our mission and witness to Christ welcomes all and is focused on our church community.
We believe in Jesus Christ and through Him come to know God. Through this faith and our variety of experiences in God we find a new quality of life and a vision of hope in an otherwise broken world.
We are located in the quaint little northwest Indiana town by the name of Shelby. We are at the intersection of Indiana Rt 55 and West 231st Avenue.
We are excited about your interest in us and hope that your visit here will give you all the information you need about us, but there are two things that this website can't do for you - it can't convey to you the warmth of our fellowship or the love of Christ as it shines through His people as we study God's Word together.
For you to get those things you have to visit us in person, and that is exactly what we invite you to do. At the Gospel Lighthouse there is no pressure to join, because that is a decision between you and God. We simply invite you to come and visit us for awhile and see how God leads you in your pursuit of a church home.
We can promise you two things, you will be loved - for God loved us first and we desire to show His love to others; and you will hear the truth from His Word, the Bible, for it is His revelation to man and is our highest rule of faith and practice.
